Customers may request a return or exchange within three (3) days from the purchase date, provided that:

·        The product is in its original condition.

·        The product is fully sealed in its original packaging.

·        All accessories, manuals, and original box are included.

Refund Method:

·        Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.

·        Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card, subject to bank processing timelines.


3. Exchange Policy (After Three Days)

·        After the initial three-day return period, exchanges are allowed within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.

·        Exchanges are permitted only for products of the same category or higher value (price difference applies).

·        Cash refunds are not permitted after the three-day return period.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Including but not limited to:

·        Mobile phones and laptops.

·        Cameras, printers, and screens (LCD / LED / Plasma).

·        Headsets, accessories, storage devices, and memory cards.

·        Software, games, and digital products.

·        Any product with physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized handling.


5. Eligible Return / Exchange Cases

·        Verified manufacturing defects, provided the product has not been used.

·        Subject to inspection and approval by SmartBuy™ technical team.


6. Restocking Fees

·        Restocking fees may apply in certain cases, depending on the product condition.


7. Data Responsibility

·        Customers are solely responsible for backing up all personal data before returning or submitting any device for service.

·        SmartBuy™ bears no responsibility for data loss under any circumstances.


8. General Provisions

·        Promotional offers and discounted items may be subject to special conditions.

·        All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

·        In case of any discrepancy, SmartBuy™’s approved policy shall prevail.
