Shipping and Delivery Policy — SmartBuy Online Store

At SmartBuy, we are committed to delivering your purchase to your
doorstep with the speed and care you deserve.

Coverage Area
We deliver to all governorates across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Delivery Times
- Within Greater Amman: 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation.
- Other governorates: 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by operational
  factors or official holidays.

Express Delivery
Express Delivery within 8 working hours is available in Amman for
selected products marked with the "Express Delivery" badge on the
product page.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is free of charge for all orders within Jordan.

Order Processing
- Order processing begins upon payment confirmation, or upon
  confirmation of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.
- Orders received after the end of the business day will be processed
  the following business day.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email
  address immediately after checkout, containing your order number and
  item details.
- Our delivery team will contact you before arrival to confirm delivery
  and address.

Delivery and Receipt
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout, to the person
  designated by the customer. Identification may be requested upon
  delivery.
- Please inspect the product and confirm it matches the order and shows
  no visible damage before signing for receipt.

Failed Delivery
- If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's absence or an
  incorrect address, a second delivery attempt will be arranged with
  our customer service team.
- After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse
  and the customer may be required to place a new order.

Damaged in Transit
- If visible damage is noticed at the time of delivery, please do not
  accept the item and notify the delivery agent immediately.
- If damage is discovered after receipt, please contact customer
  service within 24 hours of delivery.

Installation Service
- SmartBuy provides free installation for select large-appliance
  products. Eligible products and installation appointments are
  coordinated with our customer service team.
